I'm a news junkie; I have CNN on TV all day long while I work and I understand that everyone is in a state of government inspired FEAR, but what happened to the war in Lebanon and Israel that was taking up air time 24/7 for the past four weeks?All of a sudden it's not important. Just like the Iraq war was gone from the news for the past month when everyone focused on the "war of the moment."
What does this say about us that we can swing from one crisis to the next so quickly, led by those who control the airwaves? Can we not pay attention to two or more things at once?
