Sarah's 4 month old son, Trig, is actually her grandson. Trig's real mom, suggests the internet underbelly, is Sarah's teenage daughter, Bristol.
"Comments from the left field" points out that Sarah never looked pregnant, and Bristol was taken out of school for 4 or 5 months because she got "mono," ...(Not that I am intend on spreading a debunked rumor.)
