Top 25 Political Speeches Of All Time.

As background for what is expected to be a major speech by Barack Obama, Thursday in Berlin, The Telegraph has put together a list of the top 25 political speeches of all time.  See 25 -13 here.  (The top of this list is due tomorrow.) There are links to the actual speech for those that exist.

I'm curious to see whose speech they rank as number one.  I have a few ideas and, since leaders are only on the list once, those on the 25 -13 portion won't be there.
